There are always false negatives and false positives. But it seems like if u've taken that many and one by a doctor then its probably not. Their might just be something wrong with ur menstrual cycle. if u dont get a period sometime soon u should take another pregnancy test and if its still negative go to the doctor get another test and if that comes out negative then you should ask your doctor what could be wrong to make you miss 2 periods if ur not pregnant.
