I have missed two periods and have taken 4 pregnancy test throughout those two months. 3 home tests and one test my GYN took, all 4 came out negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant?

I was just wondering how many people got pregnant with the mirena. Also, I would like to know if anyone have had pregnancy symptoms with the mirena. Just curious b/c I have the mirena.
I started showing signs of nausea and severe headaches and bleeding on and off. I want to take a pregnancy test but I heard it wouldn’t show up b/c of the Mirena. Is that true?
