I have missed two periods and have taken 4 pregnancy test throughout those two months. 3 home tests and one test my GYN took, all 4 came out negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant?

I was just wondering would a pregnancy test show up positive or negative if you are bleeding while pregnant?

Me and my girl had anal sex. I am scared she might get pregnant because some of it might have gotten in her.
